Psilocybe cubensis The cap is 1.six–eight cm (0.six–3.1 in), conic to convex that has a central papilla when younger, turning out to be broadly convex to airplane with age, retaining a slight umbo in some cases surrounded by a hoop-formed depression. The cap floor is smooth and sticky, occasionally with white universal veil remnants attached.
